Spybot S&D messed with my browser...?

Okay, so I know nothing about computers and when my pc was infected by malaware, I downloaded this. It fixed the problem easily but when I restarted my computer, a message from S&D popped up. I briefly read the message and clicked "allow" without really understanding what it meant (I assumed it knew what it was doing). Now I can't connect to Google Chrome. Nothing else was affected and I can use other browsers.
Does anyone know what went wrong? And if it is S&D's fault, how I fix it? Help!

P.S. Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section. Everything's so confusing.

Down by your computer clock,can you rightclick the teatimer icon,select Show Log,then copy and paste it here?
