Spybot says Critical Danger

Hi,
I just scanned my computer with
Spybot and a threat shows up as Critical Danger.
Not sure what to do to remove it.

That is an Amazon app, often flagged as a PUP, a potentially unwanted program.

Same Directory Spyware-C (rule)7BCBF41F clears & returns?

Hello folks,
Spybot finds this Spyware about every other scan, I clear it using Spybot and it returns every time within weeks!
It's in program directory- C:\Users\pilch\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User\Default\Extensions\pbjikboenpfhbbejgkoklgkhjpfogcam\
I changed computers because original one was freezing up from what I thought might be this issue, but new computer has exact same spyware warning. Guessing it came over thru Google Chrome?
Any thoughts, ideas or help here?

Try going to your Google Chrome Extension page, and remove Amazon's toolbar, then run a Spybot S&D scan. After the first scan, fix and restart your PC. Then, run the scan and it should not appear again.
