SpyBot shutting down before start up

Hello...
I just finally downloaded and installed Spybot...however, when I click on the icon app. to run the program I IMMEDIATELY receive an error window that says:
Spybot S&D has stopped working and is searching for a solution, then it tells me there is no solution and now I cannot get the application to even open up to start at all..
I noticed a couple days ago I have obviously been infected with some sort of maleware/spyware bug:spider:, as my FoxFire AND IE browsers are re-routed to totally different web pages than the URL I type in..or through clicking on the links in the browser search result pages
HELP PLEASE?:sad:

apeke, this seems like the symptoms of a malware infection. You can always request help in this forum to get the malware removed from your machine with the help of a specialist. Help is free. Instructions are below:

Consider posting in the Malware Removal forum and having someone take a look at your system.

If you decide to have an experienced malware removal specialist assist you, please follow the procedure in this link to run scans and produce a HijackThis log:After you have completed the required scans and produced the requested logs, start your own thread in the Malware Removal forum, making sure to post the HijackThis log produced from the above instructions.
