Spybot stops its scan at the same product every time -- help!

Greetings all,

I've been using spybot for a while now, but recently, every time I let it scan my computer it stops at number 22551: Smitfraud-C.AntiFirewall. It doesn't exactly freeze or anything, I can still stop the scan or click all the other options of Spybot, but it just doesn't do anything anymore, the green blobs remain motionless. :(

Now does this mean Smitfraud has affected my computer so badly that it can dodge spybot's detection or is this a spybot bug?

Please help, for I cannot complete a single scan anymore. :(
 
I'm having similar problem

The only difference is it hangs at Zlob. Last time I had this problem a low ordered release was issued that solved the problem.
