Spybot stops right at the end of the scan - with one item left to check

I have run the scan many times in the past without problems, but I have now tried 4 times and each time it stops at 839213/839214 with underneath Chrome - Chrome - Bookmark

How big is your Chrome-Bookmarks-File and which Version of Chrome are you using?
