Spybot sucks

I bought spybot pro and then suffered a colossal malware attack. I called tech support and all they did was give me a link to this useless form. The malware that attacked me computer attacked spybot directly and shut it down. You would think spybot would want to learn about this new threat but no... they are happy to get by selling their crappy program. I will never buy or recommend SPYBOT again. They Suck!!!

The following information would be helpful:

Your operating system
Other security programs installed
A description of the malware attack and how it started. No hot links please.

You would think spybot would want to learn about this new threat but no...

Logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR are used in the preliminary analysis. Those would need to be provided and posted in the Malware Removal Forum after reading the FAQ which includes guidelines and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the logs.

If you would like to do that please start a new topic in the malware forum so a volunteer analyst can assist.
