SpyBot System Scan Freezes at the end on a file named Zlob.ZipCodec

I know this is a known issue and I have downloaded and ran the fix spybotsd2-install-iefreezefix but that action has not solved anything. I am using Windows 10 Home. Any other solutions are available.
