spybot tells me i need to run as an administrator to fix issues.

but i am an administrator.... im the ONLY admin...?
Im not exactly computer savy in that realm so im lost.
none of the issues are ever fixed because it tells me i cant do anything because im not an admin.
what do i do?

If you're on Vista or higher,rightclick the Spybot icon on your desktop,and select Run As Administrator.
