When I uninstalled Spybot S & D I got a message that said something about undoing all changes that Spybot has done. So when I uninstalled Spybot did it even restore all the unwanted malware that I purged in the past?
No it did not install anything bad on your pc.
With that notification is meant that you undo the blocking of the realtime protection, the immunization for example.
