Spybot Updating Query

I have Spybot S&D + AV 205; the software always carries a message that "The software is being updated" which does not change.

I have searched the forums but nothing comes up regarding this.

Is this normal?

I only ask because I have S&D Free Edition on another machine and this message does not display.

OS is Win 10 Home 32 bit build 1511
