Spybot very slow

Hello

I have a problem with Spybot 1.6.2

To do the scan, which was very very slow, I had to suspend the Kaspersky protection : then it did it at the normal speed.

In my wife's machine (nearly identical conditions) I didn't have to do it and everything ran normally.

Do you know this problem please ? Thanks.
 
Hello,

Using more than one anti-spyware program with a resident protection tool might cause conflicts.
However, Spybot - Search & Destroy's Resident protection is programmed in a way that there shouldn't be any compatibility problems.

So there should not be any problems with the compatibility.
If some parts would conflict, just those parts could be disabled, like you did.
