stuck again

Help, I'm stuck again. Spybot will not open. Neither will my antivirus (Kyperski Workstation). I've tried disabling Tea Time, but that doesn't help. When I click on the Spybot Icon, it appears to start the opening process, but then stops. I've tried several of the fixes that appears in other threads for malware, but always get the message that malware not found. ANy ideas to get Spybot to operate so I can scan my computer. All functions appear normal, other than slightly slower when on the internet.
