Spybot will not run

I have the latest version of Spybot, each time when I try to do a scann nothing happens. I unstalled Spy and reinstalled but still I get the same problem. Whats causing this. I also have spyware doctor ( latest version) I did a scan in safe mode nothing was detected.

Does your Spybot not open or do you get any error message?
Did you also tried a fresh install?

it doesnt open at all, when I go to http://www.safer-networking.org/en/home/index.html
it says page not found. All th other website are working just fine.
