Spybot Won't Run on System Restart

Spybot has detected several problems which are causing continual popups. Two of them are Command Service and Smitfraud-C, and it looks like registry keys are affected. After running Spybot there is a message that they are in memory and there is an option to run Spybot on restart of the computer, but when I restart, it does not run.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

You could try running Spybot from safe mode instead.
