Spybot won't start or run - please help me!!

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!

Um, didn't do the usb thing as I don't stick anything into it, except a scanner, and I haven't used anything since everything went yuk. Should I have still done it?
 
Have investigated. It's the kids. Apparently they use their own USBs to print from my laptop. Annoying...Anyway will do it.

I ran the Combo fix like you said before I left for work and when i got home it still said it was creating a log. I'm sure it doesn't take 8 hours to do that, so I'll do it again now and see what happens.
 
Combofix should never take that long to run, .. reboot your machine.
If a log doesn't pop up, then look for C:\Combofix.txt
