Spybot2.4 doesn't install, Windows security warning appears

Hi

I am unable to install Spybot 2.4. When i click on the file to install, a Windows Security warning appears that "These file can't be opened". I have no clue what to do, Please help.

Have you tried moving Spybot.exe out of that folder onto the desktop?

Please list:

Version of Spybot 2.4: http://www.safer-networking.org/shop/
The operating system
Other security programs installed
Any issues with the computer's performance
