SpybotSD.exe Application Error

My spybot is acting weird:sad: Almost everytime I exit the program a window pops up that says this:

SpybotSD.exe-Application Error
The Instruction at "0x08d840c2" referenced memory at "0x0902dec8". The memory could not be "read".
click OK to terminate program

Then after that it says this:

Error
Runtime error 216 at 08D840C2
