spyware says spybot gave me 800 prob

i downloaded another antispyware and it told me i had 800 and something problems from spybot. WTH

i was googling a file running in the backround. came across a yahoo page explaning it recommened downloaded this other thing to see what it was, came up that i had a bunch of problems from spybot. anyone?

If you provide the name of the other antispyware product and some of the items it is identifying, possibly someone could help.
