Spyware won't let S&D finish running

Hello, I have a malware issue that crashes apps to the desktop or lockup the system. Tried running S&D but it too crashes before it can finish. Can anyone help me?

Windows OS? What do you mean by "crashes apps to the desktop"? What "apps"? What messages are you getting with each of those various "apps"?
