Spyware

I download spybot, and scaned.

Here or my findings:

Avenue A, Inc. 1 entries
FastClick 2 entries
Hotbar 3 entries
MediaPlex 1 entries
WildT angent 10 entries
Aango 3 entries

or the above spyware, and if so how to remove. Some of the locations or in the registrys?
