SpywareBOT Removal

Hi:
I have Windows XP and downloaded Spybot. It found the Malware SpywareBOT.Spyware Stop and cannot remove it.
My personal email address is at yahoo.com and while exiting the yahoo messenger a yahoo window with address www.m.yahoo.com opens up which I promptly close. Please help. Thanks.
