SpywareCease in RegistryEasy.exe file

I shut down my PC cleanly and when I started up again I noticed an icon missing from my desktop - Registry Easy - it is also gone completely from my PC (no traces even in registry), I don't know how. So I decided to download the installation file again. Did that and ran my anti-virus on the .exe file and also did the Spybot check which showed what can be seen in the screenshot that the file is infected with SpywareCease. Is the .exe file infected or not?

* Operating System - Windows XP Home
* Browser and Version - FireFox 3.5.3
* Spybot S&D 1.6.2.46 Date of the latest update 23.09.2009
* Right click using SpyBot S&D on downloaded .exe file (see attached screenshot for result)

hello,

thank you for reporting this issue. The RegistryEasy installer has the same digital signature from "Qiwang Computer" as the rogue anti spyware SpywareCease, this is why the heuristics show the RegistryEasy installer as SpywareCease. However currently Spybot S&D does not find and remove an RegistryEasy installation with a normal scan.
During testing of RegistryEasy it appears to display hundreds of "Registry Problems" with supposedly false or missing paths. A fixing of these "Registry Problems" would require a purchase of the software. Since these "Registry Problems" are false however we will be going to detect RegistryEasys by Qiwang Computer similar to its sister software SpywareCease with an upcoming detection update.
