started with msa.exe and still have problems

Hello, I'm new to the forum and found it by googling msa.exe and spybot wont start. Before I read anything here, I had already deleted msa.exe but my spybot, malwarebytes and HJT will not run and I keep getting redirected on Google. I appreciate any help anyone can give in clearing this up,thanks.

Kind of trying to work my way thru this by reading some of the advice given to others in the thread, so to gather further info I downloaded and ran Exehelper. Here is the log file from it, my Spybot and Malware still dont run,keeps saying "Windows is denied access" like many others here.
