Starting A Thread

Can someone please tell me how to start a new thread on the main forum page. I see no "Post New Thread" or anything similar. I appreciate any assistance provided. Thank you.

I too have the same problem but if nobody can be arsed to answer your question, then i don't hold out any hope of getting an answer.

You'd go into the appropriate forum section where you'd like to start a new thread, then click the "Start New Thread" button situated over to the upper left side, over the posts.
