I have done a system scan, and would now like to delete the non-legit items on the Hosts Tab. Is there a way to select more than one-at-a-time?

No,doesn't look like it.I checked,and I could only select one at a time. 
I put mine on Hide legit,and the Spybot hosts file entries stayed visible.Not sure if it's just something with mine only,but you might want to be careful you don't delete the Spybot immunization part in the hosts file.
