Still cannot change homepage after 'cleaning'

I have done a system scan to detect malware so that I could change my homepage, which is locked at http://websearch.just-browse.info/. It's such a nuisance. Is there a solution to this problem?

I'm having the same issue, using Windows 7, Chrome and Norton.....

Any help would be Very much appreciated!!
