Still uncomfortable after removing malware.

Hey all,
It's been a few.... Removed a Malware removal program that was "accidentally" downloaded. I've run Malwarebytes, Search and Destroy, and Window SE. Nothing was found with any of the aforementioned tools. However, I still feel as though some of my software and regular routines are "different". Haven't donated in a couple of years, so looks like I'm ready.

In order for a volunteer analyst to advise please see the forum sticky which includes guidelines and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR, which are the logs used in the preliminary analysis.
