sublimedia virus malware

Hi New pest on the web, named I believe "sublimedia" prevents your home page opening and sends annoying popups behind your browsing page, inspite of any popup killers operating, it also slows your system.
Seems very little on the web about getting rid of it. Have tried running spybot, spyware doctor,ZoftSPY SE and Rogue remover all in safemode as well as running mode, no joy, still there still sending popups and slowing the system.
Any ideas of getting rid of it.

If Spybot-S&D does not detect or remove an item and you can find the files, please zip or rar them and send to: detections(AT)spybot.info (Replace AT with @)
