Super resilient spyware/trojans "backdoor.bot" and "spyware.passwords"

So these 2 seem to be very tough to get rid of. AVG Anit0virus doesn't seem to detect them and though Spybot S&D sees them it cannot remove them, even with an update scan and restart with the half hour scan on start-up.

Anyone else having issues with either of these?
