svchost.exe 100% CPU Usage...??

Hello,

I am really new to Spy Bot but I found it because I am having an issue with svchost.exe using 100% of my CPU for about 7 or 8 seconds then it winds down to 0% then 3-4 seconds later it winds back up to 100%.

I tried doing a search on the forum here for this but didn't see anything really like I'm seeing....

Any ideas? What information do I need to provide to get to the bottom of this?

Run one of the anti virus on-line scanners first.
