SWEETIM on WIN7 Prof SP1

I also have a problem with SWEETIM...I have 11 instances that I cannot remove after scanning with version 1.6.2.46 in default mode. There were 217 but now 11 remain. Is this where I should be asking for help? I aplogize in advance for my ignorance--I'm unsure of what to do next or what info to provide here.

Hello...when I right clicked and selected run as admin it got rid of all but 11 instances...it still says I need to be an admin to complete and that some could not be fixed because they might still be in memory and that they could be fixed after a restart...I have restarted and they are still there...I havent opened a ticket yet because I didnt know how to...sorry once again...Barry
