Open Bug System Scan (first of all scans) freezes mostly on exact 50%.

I have purchased a new license for Spybot. Unfortunately, I now have the following problem. The system scan (first of all scans) freezes. Mostly at exactly 50%, if not earlier.

Please let me know what you need if further information would be helpful.

The Windows version is 10.0.26200 Build 26200.

Update: I installed Spybot as main Security Solution with Windows integration. Windows Defender is deactivated. No other AV or Real time protection is on the system installed. The full-scan always freeze on 49804B54.

Thanks for your Help. If i get any work around or solution i will update this post here.
 
Update: My first full Scan now has be done. I unchecked Tracks.sbi and Cookies.sbi in the Settings (SDSettings.exe), Categories. Also i used a process analyzer to set up the process priority of the Scan (SDScan.exe) to above normal.
