System Security Virus

Having a problem with "System Secuirty". Looks like spyware, and my son downloaded. Can't remove and can't even get to add/re,ove programs unless in safe mode. Not a computer whiz - just everyday user and having a real issue.

Please follow the instructions in this link to produce a HJT log: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum where an analyst will advise you as soon as available.

If the infection prevent you from getting a log please start a topic in that forum anyway.
