System Start Error, Win 7 x64

Hello everyone. First post here

Everytime I boot the computer I get an error box saying that it can't find the procedurestartadress @Snlcredits@RegisterAppleiPhoneTrademark$qqrv in DLL snlBase150.bpl

I tried to reinstall and I have AVG AV up and running. Spy Bot 1.6.2.

I sounds like I'm infected!?

The issue reported in this thread http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=66548 was in Spybot 2.0.

To double check please open Spybot Search & Destroy > Help > About and let us know the version and date of last definitions as reported.
