System32 error HELP!!!

When I run Spybot, it finds 18 items that I can not remove.

Fraud.WindowsProtectionSuite (15 entries Malware)
Microsoft.Windows.RedirectedHosts (3 entries SecurityC)

When try to fix, get following error:

Unexpected error in fixing problems (Cannot create file "C:\windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts". Access is denied)

How do I get around this and/or move forward to delete the malware?

In case you missed it please see the forum FAQ which includes guidelines for this forum and also instructions on posting preliminary DDS logs in post #2.

If running an up to date Spybot-S&D in safe mode does not fix the issue please start a new topic, copy paste the DDS.txt log into it and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
