teatimer catches and stops keylogger (URL tracker)

Need help in stopping Spybot from catching Keylogger on start up. Even when hit accept access on teatimer balloon, it still catches and disables Keylogger. How to key in this exception?

Make sure that the process was not added to the "Blocked processes" of TeaTimer's "White & Black List":

• Right click on the TeaTimer system tray icon and select Settings. This will bring up TeaTimer's "White & Black List". There are four (4) Buttons across the top of the "White & Black List":
  • Allowed registry changes
  • Blocked registry changes
  • Allowed processes
  • Blocked processes
• Review the "Blocked processes" entries by clciking on that button.
• If you find an entry, you can delete the entry by clicking on the scripted black "X" to the right of the entry, answer "Yes" to the confirmation dialog and then clicking the "OK" button when you're done.
