teatimer killed statcounter

I'm new to the forum so bear with me. As soon as I loaded teatimer resident, IExplorer will not pull up www.statcounter.com. 2 of our pc's are experiencing the same problem. The one machine that teatimer is not resident does not experience this issue. I disabled the running process but to no avail. any ideas?

It is most likely "SDHelper" not "TeaTimer" that is blocking access to www.statcounter.com. www.statcounter.com is a blacklisted URL in "SDHelper". To check look in the "SDHelper.log" by going into Spybot > Mode > Advanced mode > Tools > View Reports > View Previous reports. Select the "SDHelper.log" file and open it.
