TeaTimer will not shut down except manually

After a recent crash, I have reinstall from scratch reformating the hard drive with 0's. For some reason tea timer does not shut down properly anymore escept manully.
 
SpyBot Shut Down

I was taking and end now.


Though the problems seems to have corrected itself after about a half dozen time of rebooting.
