2 users accounts logged on to a single Desktop PC
Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of over-all system settings) active checkbox IS checked in both user accounts
Issue:
Teatimer loads into first logged on user account regardless of which user account but will not load resident into second logged on user account.

How do I get teatimer to load into second logged on user account regardless of which user account is logged on to first and without disabling in first logged on user account.
