Telemetry Scheduled Task CANNOT BE BLOCKED

Hi guys. This is my first time in this great forum. I've just discovered this awesome program and I tried to used after reading a lot of stuff about it, and I succeed to Immunize in "Protection" tab, but in tab " Optional" " Office 16( 2016) Telemetry Scheduled Task" could not be Applied, when I click it nothing happens. I tried re-opening the program as administrator but again nothing( other things in "Optional" tab normally works).
I have Office 2016 PRO installed, and Windows 10 PRO.
