what are the temporary files that spybot cleans before a scan is performed?

To simply put it Spybot-Search&Destroy prompts you to remove it to increase the chance of speeding up scans (it rhymes :laugh
. This can be a good idea because the temp folder is used to store temp files from program installs, uninstalls, and possible some malware :fear:.
