"Test" in start up

After i removed spybot i noticed "test" in start up. I have disabled it however I have no idea how to remove it from start up in task manager. anyone have any suggestions?

You can't remove start-up items in task manager itself. You can only enable or disable them.
This tutorial has a couple ways to remove startup items, if you wish to try them. Option Four looks to be the easiest, imo.
