The Best Offers program removal - How?

Hi - I am cleaning up a friend's computer and can't get rid of this program, even after visiting the website and running the on-line Uninstall Utility.

Here's some info about The Best Offers Network which is part of a company called Direct Revenue:

I sure hope you can find all the entries in the registry for this program. I found several called TBONAS, but there obviously are more.
