Everything has gone good so far. Downloaded Antivir, updated, ran, and deleted the worm it found. Updated windows and downloaded online armor firewall. Haven't had any problems. Is there anything else you want me to do? If not, where do I donate because you've been a huge help and it would have cost me a lot of money and hassle to take it somewhere else.
