Tiger Savings

I seem to have imported a nasty piece of malware called tiger savings. It completely blocks attempts to turn off the pop-ups it generates and is adding hyperlinks to specific words in pages I am viewing - e.g. "control panel" on the spybot page. Any suggestions?

Have you scanned in safe mode? If not, I'd suggest you to do that. Spam F8 in the startup when you turn on your computer, and chose "Safe Mode" or "Safe Mode with networking". I'd chosen "Safe Mode with networking" because you can update your Spybot by doing so.
