Too many svchost! Taking too much memory!

I have have this issue for quite some time now.

My computer has about 7 processes of svchost.exe and they are slowing my computer, especially one that is really big. Help please!

Too many svchost

Yes this is regarding the same computer. However, I have had this problem for several months now. I posted it here because I understand that it may be a result of malware or something.
