Trojan.Brisv.A - Driving Me Nuts!

Hi. I currently run Norton 360. It has found Trojan.Brisv.A and says it can't remove it. It recommends that I go to one of their sites and download a tool, which I have done. The tools says it can't find the Trojan on my machine when Norton is pointing out 3 different files in some recyling area. I have emptied my recycling bin but don't know what else to do.

Please help.
