Trojan.Dilet.A issue

I have a question about removing the following file from my computer. I am not computer literate, but I did a search of the file (xlibgfl254.dll) on my computer being that everything I saw said that this file was a Trojan that needed to be deleted. I found where it was, and deleted it. Is that all I needed to do?

Please follow the procedure in this link to produce a HJT log:
"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum and post that log and the results of an on-line anti virus scan also.

A helper will then advise you when available to check your topic.
