Trojan.Downloader.Zlob

hey, i just got this virus or trojan yesterday Trojan.Downloader.Zlob, i discovered it using spysweeper

i saw http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=10163 which seems to b someone having the same problem and it basically downlaoded that program and this is what i got.
