Trojan Horse downloader.generic3.TNM (update.exe)

I have this TH in my current AVG virus vault, and i cannot seem to remove it from my system. Everytime i turn off or re-boot it comes back to the same location after i run AVG again.
Path is: C:\Program Files\Comman Files\{313C8B73-07C5-1033-0403-060503310001}\update.exe

I have tried to find an info i can on tis TH but have had no luck. Does anyone know what i may need to do to completley remove this from my system without doing a complete system recovery?

Use this link to get HijackThis.
Save it to your desktop and then double-click to run it.
It will install the program in c:\program files\HijackThis.
Browse to that location with windows explorer, and double click on the HijackThis.exe program to run. Choose the 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'
That will allow you to save the log to the desktop (or some other place) and leave open a notepad file with the HijackThis log in it.

Now post your HijackThis log into this topic.
